1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ZIG's browser extension, web application, and related services (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ZIG ("we," "our," or "us").

2. Description of Service

ZIG provides an AI-powered browser extension and web dashboard for live sellers. The Service monitors public live stream chat in real-time and provides:

• AI-generated insights and summaries of chat activity
• Detection of purchase-intent questions from viewers
• Grouping and highlighting of repeated viewer questions
• Text-to-speech alerts for important chat events
• Post-stream reports and analytics

3. Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities that occur under your account

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Free Trial

New accounts may receive a free trial period. At the end of the trial, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using premium features.

Paid Plans

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

Refunds

We generally do not offer refunds. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at support@zigai.live.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading activities
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or live stream viewers
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
• Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal extension operation
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without authorization

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its code, design, features, AI prompts, and documentation, is owned by ZIG and protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

You retain ownership of your stream content and data. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your live stream chat data solely to provide the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

ZIG operates alongside third-party platforms (TikTok, Whatnot, etc.) but is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by them. Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service.

We are not responsible for any changes those platforms make that may affect the Service's functionality.

8. AI-Generated Content

ZIG uses AI to generate insights, summaries, and suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content may not always be accurate or complete
• Insights are suggestions, not professional business advice
• You are responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated insights
• AI outputs should not be relied upon as the sole basis for business decisions

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZIG shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities
• Damages arising from service interruptions or outages
• Damages resulting from reliance on AI-generated insights
• Actions taken by third-party platforms affecting the Service

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to the Service or other users.

You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through the Account page. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
